t999 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and t999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing t999 at t999.today, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the t999 platform, including visitors who browse without registering. If you are using t999 on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and that person also agrees to be bound by them.

t999 accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad — the two most widely used mobile payment platforms in Bangladesh. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible, or held pending investigation.

• The minimum deposit on t999 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts.
• Deposits are credited to your t999 account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• t999 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All transactions on t999 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• t999 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal linked to a deposit.

t999 operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Any deposit that appears inconsistent with normal player behaviour may be flagged for review. During a review, the associated funds will be held until the review is complete. Players are expected to cooperate fully with any AML investigation.

Withdrawals on t999 are processed to the same bKash or Nagad account used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect players. Withdrawals to a different payment account require additional verification.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Verified accounts receive withdrawals within 10 minutes in most cases. Unverified accounts may experience delays of up to 24 hours.
• t999 does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard payment provider charges may apply.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion.
• t999 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of account status.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if t999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

t999 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry dates.

• Bonuses are credited to your t999 account automatically or upon request, as specified in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.

All games available on t999 — including slots, fishing games, card games, and live dealer titles — operate under their own individual game rules, which are displayed within each game. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms and Conditions.

t999 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. All results are independently generated and cannot be influenced by t999, the player, or any third party. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information section.

• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, t999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on t999. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any t999 game or system.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using t999 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing t999 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the t999 platform or its games.

t999 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
• The player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to t999 or other players.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting t999 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification.

t999's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
